Welding jig for making railings
Each section is 1200mm long and allows for making railings with 100mm spindle centres, they can be used on their own or in multiples welded/butted together.
To use singularly you just simply move the jig along to the last bar you tacked and away you go again
The ones listed are designed for welding spindles to 40mm wide bar, this allows for spindles to be central when the bottom of the jig is flush with the bottom of the top/bottom rail and also be 100mm centres, the first spindle is at a 50mm centre to allow to jigs to be put together to allow for the continued 100mm centres with ease,
There are options for 12mm and 16mm square and round bar, other sizes can be made on request
